Winemaker Notes

This wine is slightly off-dry and very smooth on the palate. Layers of dark fruit flavor concentration. Aromas: notes of bing cherry, plum, and blueberry. Rich mouthfeel with a nice acid balance.

Food Pairing Suggestions

Bearitage Burger: 1/3 beef, 1/3 pork, 1/3 lamb. Cook to your preference, add high quality condiments and cheese all between a fresh bun.
