2016 was a very dry and hot vintage for Oregon. This helped to concentrate fruit character in the grapes. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks captured the concentrated essence of the grapes from this warm vintage.
The flavors are juicy and ripe with apple, honeydew melon, and kiwi dominating. The finish is vibrant with crisp acidity lingering on the palate.
